Our Story
A construction firm that reads the policy.
LFP Partners was built for the two conversations premium homeowners eventually have: the one about craftsmanship, and the one about who pays for the damage.
Most contractors are fluent in one of those conversations. Renovation firms build beautifully and go quiet when a carrier asks for a line-item scope. Restoration outfits produce paperwork and leave behind finish work no one would show a guest. We operate at the intersection deliberately, because Atlanta homes of this caliber require both.
Since our first project in the metro market, we have kept the same operating discipline: written scopes before demolition, documented progress during construction, and a closeout package the owner keeps on file. That approach is why architects and designers refer us, and why carriers and adjusters review our submissions without a second request.
We serve all of Metro Atlanta — Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Marietta, Kennesaw, Decatur, Snellville, Lilburn, and surrounding communities. We keep our project count deliberately limited so the same manager who quoted the work is the one standing in the house.
