Consultation
We walk the property, listen to the intent behind the project, and establish whether the scope, budget, and timeline are actually aligned before anyone signs anything.

Design & Scope
Drawings, selections, and a line-item scope are resolved on paper. You approve a written schedule and budget with allowances stated plainly, not buried.

Build
Trades are sequenced against the approved calendar. A dedicated project contact remains your single point of contact and issues written progress reporting with photo documentation.
- 04
Walkthrough & Warranty
We close out with a documented punch list, final cleaning, and the 1–5 year workmanship warranty in writing, along with the record set for your file.

Nothing starts without a written scope
Allowances, exclusions, and responsibilities are stated before contract. If an item is undecided, it is labeled undecided rather than buried in a lump sum.
The schedule is a document, not a promise
You receive a build calendar at kickoff and a written update against it every week, with photographs attached.
Change orders are priced before work proceeds
No trade moves on a change until it is scoped, priced, and approved in writing. Surprises belong in demolition, not in invoicing.
