No contract formed by inquiry
Submitting a consultation request or claim inquiry does not create a contractual relationship. Work proceeds only under a written agreement signed by both parties, which governs scope, price, schedule, warranty, and all other project terms.
Intellectual property
The LFP Partners name, wordmark, logo, photography, and site copy are the property of LFP Partners LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. The IICRC Certified Firm seal is the property of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification and is displayed under its certification program.
Licensing and insurance
LFP Partners LLC is a licensed and insured Georgia general contractor. Documentation is provided directly to clients, carriers, and property managers on request rather than published on this site.
Limitation of liability
