Insurance Restoration & Water Mitigation

We work the loss and the file at the same time. Moisture mapping, daily drying logs, photo documentation, and line-item scopes are produced in formats carriers and adjusters can review without a second request.

How We Handle Your Claim

The loss and the file, worked in parallel.

  1. 01

    First notice

Emergency contact triggers same-day dispatch. Source containment and extraction begin before documentation is finalized, because drying time drives the entire claim.

  2. 02

    Documentation

Moisture mapping, psychrometric readings, and photographic evidence are logged daily and stored against the claim number in a format adjusters can audit.

  3. 03

    Scope & carrier coordination

A line-item scope is prepared and submitted directly to the carrier. Supplements are supported by the readings and photos already in the file, not by argument.

  4. 04

    Reconstruction & closeout

The same point of contact who documented the loss rebuilds the affected assemblies and delivers a final record set with clearance documentation.

Scope of Work

What the file contains.

  • Emergency response, source containment, and extraction
  • Moisture mapping with daily drying logs and psychrometric readings
  • Mold remediation under containment with clearance documentation
  • Line-item scopes prepared for carrier and adjuster review
  • Reconstruction managed by the same point of contact who documented the loss
For Carriers & Adjusters

Scopes are submitted line item by line item, tied to documented moisture readings and photographic evidence. Our team assigns a dedicated project contact for all carrier correspondence, supplement discussion, and arbitration support, so the file has one voice from first notice through closeout.
