Persistent moisture at a below-grade wall produced heavy surface growth. The area was contained, remediated, dried to verified readings, and rebuilt clean with documentation prepared for the carrier file.
- Containment, negative air, and controlled demolition
- Antimicrobial treatment and HEPA cleaning of the affected assembly
- Drying to verified moisture readings with daily logs
- Rebuild and finish with clearance documentation for the file
