Scope and execution.

A dated kitchen boxed in by heavy timber ceilings and oak cabinetry was opened up and rebuilt around a large seated island, charcoal cabinetry, and a full stainless appliance package.

  • Demolition of existing cabinetry, soffits, and ceiling treatment
  • New charcoal cabinetry with quartz island and seated overhang
  • Built-in wall ovens, cooktop, and vented hood
  • Recessed and pendant lighting with new electrical rough-in
