Scope and execution.

A carpeted stair run and dated entry were rebuilt with hardwood treads, a black iron railing, and new lighting, resetting the tone for the rest of the main level.

  • Carpet removal with new hardwood treads and risers
  • Custom black iron railing and newel detailing
  • Wall repair, trim corrections, and full repaint
  • New decorative and recessed lighting at the entry
